Below you can get the "A4F Safe II" viral card. If your printer is able to print onto carton, just print it once on the front and once more on the back. After that just cut it two times and you got four useful cards...

Alternatively you may print it on two normal papers and glue them onto a carton or just together. Cut after drying...
